Mission: Impossible 5 is my third most anticipated film of 2015, and it finally has a first look teaser trailer and a name!
You can't really tell much from this trailer, but it looks pretty batshit crazy. So here are some things that stood out for me in this teaser.
Alec Baldwin is the head of the CIA?!?

Rebecca Ferguson "helps" Ethan escape
Ghost Protocol began with the team "breaking" Ethan out of a prison in Moscow. Could be the same deal here.
Ethan Hunt is once again "incarcerated" and showing off his 50 year old physique
Cruise is always fit.
Tom Cruise on a motorcycle
Continuing a long tradition of Tom Cruise on motorcycles...
Simon Pegg channels James Bond
In a geeky sort of way...
The Syndicate is Real
The Syndicate was hinted as a possible enemy at then end of Ghost Protocol. They're a criminal anti-IMF organization that was the main villain in the latter seasons of the TV show.
Hunt Jumping into a fountain vortex
This is kind of just cool in a vertigo inducing way.
Ving Rhames and Jeremy Renner are back
But for this teaser trailer, relegated to pretty much background characters.
Hunt hanging on the outside of an airplane
Which continues a long tradition of Tom Cruise hanging off things.
A global trailer is supposed to premiere today so stay tuned for that. But in the meantime, Mission: Impossible: Rogue Nation is in theaters July 31st.
