Avengers Age of Ultron Trailer Breakdown!

It's been a pretty hectic night. There were screenshot leaks of The Age of Ultron trailer of Hulkbuster and Ultron which I posted here. Then the whole trailer leaked online before it was supposed to premiere next week. I was scrambling to get a trailer breakdown of the low res video up, and when I was this close to being ready, Marvel themselves stepped up and didn't demand any of the videos be taken down. They went and uploaded the trailer themselves in glorious high definition. They even proved they have a sense of humor about the whole thing.
The trailer really is beautiful and ominous at the same time. You'll never see Pinocchio's "I've Got No Strings" the same way again.

And now the breakdown!

The trailer starts with James Spader as Ultron narrating, "I'm gonna show you something beautiful." Well so far, this trailer is beautiful!

There's just random chaos everywhere.

"Everyone screaming..."

"For mercy..." as a robotic hand deals with some molten metal. A Terminator this is not...

More people running and screaming. What happened?

Captain America walking away, and without his shield.

Hawkeye looking worried.

Thor getting the hammer ready.

"You want to protect the world, but you don't want it to change." What happened to Banner?

He looks scared, broken...

"You're all puppets." As an Ultron walks out of the darkness like a zombie.

Everyone, including Rhodey looks surprised.

Tony and his WTF face.

"Tangled in strings."

"STRINGS!"

Whatever robot/drone/suit this is that Ultron has picked up is going bye-bye.

I like how Ultron has an Avengers "A" on his chest.

Iron Man looks off into the distance as a haunting and disturbing version of "I've Got No Strings" starts playing.

A stronghold?

That Captain America is breaking into?

Well, at least he still has his shield here.

Banner running through the forest.

It looks like he's reverted to his regular form from the Hulk. Maybe he gets picked up by the Avengers in the earlier shot where he looks broken.

Ultron with Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver

The twin miracles.

That Terminator is out there. It can't be bargained with. It can't be reasoned with. It doesn't feel pity, or remorse, or fear. And it absolutely will not stop, ever...

Ultron drones taking flight.

Thor, Cap, Black Widow and Hawkeye all have WTF faces.

Thor literally drops the hammer.

Opening May 1st! The previous low res trailer which was probably a UK trailer had April as the release date.

"It's the end..."

"The end of the path I started us on." Well it can't be the end. You've got Avengers 3 and Iron Man 4 to do.

Of course the BMF is back.

"Nothing lasts forever." Way to be a Debbie Downer, Black Widow...

Scarlet Witch drops to her knees...

And screams. Did something happen to Quicksilver?

Enter Hulkbuster armor.

Even the Hulk looks tired here. What's up with Banner?!?

You can never have too many shots of the Hulkbuster armor.

It's beautiful!

Armor-on-armor!

So badass...

A quinjet...

Drops off Black Widow on a motorcycle.

Quicksilver running through a train.

Scarlet Witch with a "get that outta here" hand motion.

Hey! It's Andy Serkis! He made it into the trailer!

Toyko Drift!

Thor screams.

Hulk and Black Widow share a moment.

Hawkeye runs through the forest.

Thor is pissed...

At Tony?!?

Black Widow has that same look she had in the Helicarrier when Banner was transforming into the Hulk.

Hulk throws a car at Iron Man. Guess the bromance at the end of the first Avengers and Iron Man 3 is over.

Nice catch!

Too bad the Hulk was coming right after!

But the Hulkbuster armor is okay!

Cap does a lot of running...

More screaming by Scarlet Witch.

Quicksilver rushing into action.

HULK SMASH FRUIT STAND!

Not if Tony has anything to say about it.

Seriously, how awesome is this armor?!?

Hulk and Iron Man going for an end of Rocky 2 kind of thing here...

Looks like a fallen Thor...

And Cap's broken shield.

"Now I'm free. There are no strings on me."

And now the 6 month wait begins!

The only thing I notice missing from the trailer is Vision. But I'm still thoroughly impressed. I know I bag on DC for making super serious films, and this one looks to be soooo serious, but I'm amped to see it. What do you think of the trailer? Does it make you more or less excited for the film?
